Short session – $96.99 per individual session
Report writing – $581.97 per report (3 hours equivalent)

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is designed to be a transparent process that complies with NDIA and NDIS Policies.
Due to the nature of music therapy and art therapy, consistency of attendance is important. Our appointments are scheduled at a regular time weekly or fortnightly for this reason. We find that participants benefit the most when they consistently attend sessions, and your calendars benefit from knowing ahead of time which dates your appointments will fall on!
We generally do not offer one-off sessions or casual appointments, so filling cancellations can be difficult. Having more notice of cancellations will make it more likely for us to be able to find a time for you to re-schedule, or for us to fill the appointment. We know that life happens and there are times when cancellations are unavoidable. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and work with you to help you get the most out of your funding.

Individual Music Therapy and Art Therapy Sessions
Our cancellation timeframe is 48 HOURS PRIOR to your scheduled session.
A reminder text message will be sent out 24 hours before your next appointment.
You will NOT be able to reply to this text to CANCEL your appointment.
We would appreciate a CONFIRM reply to let us know you have received the message and will be attending.
If your circumstances have changed and you cannot attend, you can reply to the message to let us know;
however, charges will still apply.
This means that if you need to change, cancel or reschedule an appointment for any reason,
we need AT LEAST 48 HOURS NOTICE.
After this period, cancellation charges will apply.

The NDIS Price Guide states that “Where a provider has a Short Notice Cancellation (or no show) they are able to claim 100% of the agreed fee associated with the activity from the participant’s plan, subject to this Price Guide and the terms of the service agreement with the participant.” (pg 23).
Due to the high demand for appointments, a maximum of THREE cancellations in a row
will be accepted before your spot will be offered to a client on our wait list.
More than 30% cancellations or no shows in a continuous period will result in a review
of your service agreement and possible forfeit of the booked service.
Cancellation of Service Agreement
3 weeks notice is required.
If cancellation is due to a lack of funds please contact us as soon as possible on

FOR NEW CLIENTS: Once a spot is offered, we require you to start within TWO WEEKS.
If this is not possible, you will be returned to the wait list.
